This refund and return policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and returns of both our AI Fitness Coach subscription services and physical products (supplements, fitness equipment, and other merchandise). We strive to ensure customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues you may experience.

2. Subscription Services

2.1 Refund Policy

Our refund policy for subscription services is as follows:

  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: New subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of their first payment
  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from using our service, we may offer a partial refund or credit
  • Service Unavailability: If our service is unavailable for more than 24 hours due to our technical issues, we may offer compensation

2.2 Non-Refundable Subscription Items

  • Subscriptions after the 7-day grace period
  • Used or consumed services
  • Services cancelled due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Partial months of service

2.3 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for the remaining period of an active subscription.

3. Physical Products

3.1 Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for physical products:

  • 30-Day Return Window: You may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery
  • Opened Products: Opened supplements may be returned within 14 days if you experience adverse reactions (medical documentation may be required)
  • Defective Products: Products with manufacturing defects may be returned at any time within the warranty period
  • Wrong Items: If you receive the wrong product, we will cover return shipping and provide a replacement

3.2 Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, products must:

3.4 Return Shipping

  • Customer Error: Customer pays return shipping costs
  • Our Error: We cover return shipping costs
  • Defective Products: We cover return shipping costs
  • Wrong Items: We cover return shipping costs

4. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

  • Subscription Refunds: Processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method
  • Product Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
  • Subscription Cancellation: Your subscription will be cancelled immediately upon refund approval

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for physical products in the following cases:

  • Wrong Size/Flavor: Exchange for the correct item (subject to availability)
  • Defective Items: Exchange for the same item or equivalent
  • Damaged in Transit: Exchange for the same item
